Heterosexuals (M/F)

In a non-exclusively monogamous relationship, with unprotected oral, anal or vaginal intercourse and unknown STI status of partner(s).

High-risk relationships include:

• multiple partners at the same time
• multiple partners over a short period of time
• partner belonging to a risk group (sex workers, MSM, persons with a migration background, mobile populations or travellers, IV drug users)
• anonymous partners
• new partners with unknown STI status

Women with a history of abortion in a context of unprotected sexual intercourse are at increased risk of STIs
