Men who have sex with men (MSM)

All MSM with unprotected oral, or anal sex and unknown STI status of partner(s).

High risk relationships and behaviours include:

• unprotected oral or anal sex with multiple concurrent partners
• multiple partners over a short period of time
• partner belonging to another risk group (sex workers, persons with a migration background, mobile populations and travelers, IV drug users)
• anonymous partner(s)

MSM are also at risk if

• they are taking pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP)
• they have a recent HIV diagnosis, or have had an STI diagnosis in the past
• they have taken post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) in the past
